SECURE OUR SECOND CENTURY . . .

. . . with a gift to the SHA Education Foundation

Sacred Heart Academy is dedicated to forming hearts and minds in pursuit of truth, goodness, and beauty. We are doing something exceptional and exciting, and all of our extraordinary work is accomplished intentionally free of government funding. This decision minimizes government overreach which directly threatens our Gospel mission, This freedom means we rely heavily on the generosity of private donors to keep tuition affordable and provide a living wage to the faithful men and women who give their life to this mission. Our Foundation provides a vehicle to endow these needs for the long-term, through our second century and beyond

What is the Sacred Heart Academy Education Foundation? To continue our good work and thoroughly secure it in perpetuity, we require immediate, mid-term, and long-term investment. To this end, the community has created the SHA Education Foundation to function as a vehicle for working capital to serve the short term future, while at the same time providing an opportunity to ensure long-term security through endowments. As the endowed fund grows through additional donations and investment gains, a percentage of the fund’s balance is given each year to the school. The Foundation, if large enough, has the potential to fund the school’s annual fundraising need forever. Beyond that, it also provides a vehicle to invest for the upgrade or replacement of our aging facilities.

As you prayerfully discern your options, parish and academy staff and the SHA Education Foundation are available to guide you through the process of creating your giving plan. Please don’t hesitate to reach out:

Your gift to the SHA Education Foundation will keep on giving. This foundation is a type two supporting organization and its own registered 501(c)3 non-profit. Its sole purpose is to grow gifts given to the academy and support teacher salaries and student scholarships – our two greatest annual needs.
